Service and Support
The technicians at yourTech are Apple Certified Service Providers (Apple Warranty and Out of Warranty Repair) and have access to all of Apple’s resources. yourTech only uses Genuine Apple parts. Our technicians have many years of successful experience in the area of hardware repair. With our in-depth experience and knowledge, you can trust that you are getting the finest service offered in the two county area.
It is our goal to minimize your down time. If we can’t solve your problem at your location, it should take no longer than three days to diagnose, repair and return your computer.
Rates
Our rate is $100 an hour, with a 1-hour minimum. We do not charge for travel, so every minute you pay for goes towards your solution.
Note: If your Macintosh Desktop / Tower computer is under warranty or your iMac has an extended AppleCare policy, Apple will pay for your on site hardware repair.
